Welcome to randpbullion.com, the official website of R and P Bullion. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and purchasing products from us.

 

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

1. Company Information

R and P Bullion is a UK-based bullion dealer specialising in the sale of gold, silver, and other precious metals. Our registered trading name is “R and P Bullion,” and all references to "we," "us," and "our" refer to the business entity operating under this name.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:​

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

  • You are purchasing for lawful purposes only.

  • You are a UK resident (we currently do not support international shipping).

3. Product Descriptions & Pricing

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and up to date. However, due to the volatile nature of bullion markets:

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice and are based on the live market spot price.

  • All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and may include VAT where applicable (note: many bullion items are VAT-exempt).

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders where pricing errors have occurred.

4. Order Process

When you place an order:

  • You will receive an automatic email confirmation of your order.

  • This confirmation does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

       - Inaccurate pricing or stock availability

       - Suspected fraudulent activity

       - Failure to meet identity verification requirements

  • Full payment must be received before dispatch.

Important: Orders for bullion products are legally binding contracts and cannot be cancelled once dispatched due to the nature of the goods.

5. Payment Methods

We accept secure payments via:

  • Debit/Credit Cards

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

Important: Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full. We reserve the right to verify payment details before processing.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.


Our delivery options include:

  • Standard Delivery (£3.95): 1–3 working days

  • Express Delivery (£9.95): Next working day

  • Free Delivery: Orders over £150

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. We use Royal Mail Tracked services and you'll receive an email providing a tracking number upon dispatch.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of bullion products:

  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been dispatched.

  • Precious metal prices fluctuate constantly; therefore, all sales are considered final once shipped.

Please note: If you change your mind before dispatch, please contact us at info@randpbullion.com. If the order has not yet been posted, we may be able to cancel it and issue a refund.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.

8. Security & Fraud Prevention

To protect both parties, we reserve the right to:

  • Request additional identification or verification for large or high-risk orders.

  • Cancel or refuse any transaction suspected of fraud or misuse.

9. Limitation of Liability

R and P Bullion is not liable for:

  • Any losses resulting from delivery delays beyond our control (e.g., postal strikes, weather events, or courier issues).

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

  • Investment losses – we do not provide financial or investment advice.

  • Fluctuations in market prices after purchase. Our maximum liability is limited to the total value of the order placed.

  • Ensuring that bullion products meet your investment or collection needs – this is the responsibility of the customer.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. For details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy. We comply fully with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms, along with any separate agreements through which we provide you with Services, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, specifically the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom.
